I have an issue with an old electric furnace. It takes hours to heat my relatively small house. I called Priority One and they had their technician come out the next morning. Chris is an awesome technician. He was very patient with my dumb questions and took the time to explain things to me thoroughly. You can tell he 100% knows what hes talking about. During that visit, I mentioned to Chris that I might be interested in replacing my electric furnace for a gas furnace. So Chris called Phillip, who is an estimator, and Phillip was up at my house withing 30 minutes. And he was awesome too. He listened to my issues and provided a few solutions. I am very impressed with Priority One. They are a professional company with well trained and very friendly staff. At no time did I feel like I was being sold anything or pressured to buy anything. I had another issue unrelated to the first visit. This time, my AC drain line was clogged and water was dripping all over my garage floor. I called Priority One again and they sent Casey out to help me. Casey was great. Very informative and very personnel. He checked my HVAC system and unclogged my AC drain. I was impressed how thorough and efficient he was in exploring the problem and providing solutions. Again, I highly recommend Priority One. Incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I also signed up for their maintenance plan, which is a no brainer.

The test of a good company is how they respond to an issue, and Priority One passed the test with a perfect score. We had a great experience with the sales and installation of a complete hvac replacement. However, it wasn’t hot yet, so we hadn’t really used the AC. Once the weather turned hot, we used the AC and realized our new unit was making a high pitched noise that made it difficult to be outside. We first did a bit of online sleuthing and discovered this can occasionally happen, so we called Priority One and they jumped right to it. Today, they replaced the part that was causing the noise and all’s working great, so I feel it’s time to write this review. I was very pleased with Priority One through every step and would feel very comfortable recommending them to my closest friends and family.

The Priority One team was on time, polite, used time efficiently, worked hard, and left us with a new, working system. They even cleaned up after themselves!

Chris was friendly and knowledgeable. His assistant was very helpful and friendly too. Chris explained a program that saved me about $500+ on the job and set up a maintenance plan to keep the system in check in the future. Outstanding service, thank you!

I have so many good things to say about Priority One heating. First, I love the monthly payment option plan they offer. Second, they always send friendly, patient, and helpful technicians, who arrive on time and are pleasant, yet professional. Today’s (6/18/26) technician, Kyler, was also very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He recommended a more thorough cleaning today, and showed me how dirty the components were and that a good cleaning would increase the system’s efficiency and air quality. It had been a few years since the last thorough cleaning, so we went ahead with it. I really rely on the system for my heating and cooling, so I appreciated his careful inspection and recommendation. Anyway, Kyler and I had a nice visit while he was here too….talking about our family pets and things. What a nice young man and great employee you have. Exceptional customer service all around. Each visit makes me glad I chose your company! Thank you! 😊😊😊

I called cuz I needed help with my thermostat and they told me to check the batteries which I did and found they were upside down so I corrected that and now my thermostat works. I was impressed that they told me to do that instead of coming out and charging me for a service call like I'm sure a lot of companies would. I would highly recommend this company

This was for emergency call on a Saturday. We had a house guest and it was a warm day. It was important to have someone like Tim get the repair done promptly. He was able to get to our home in 20 minutes. Tim did a complete testing of the system and fixed the issue timely. Thank Tim. Great job!
